Intensive & Varied Work
There isn’t really a specific time of year that I recall being busier than any other necessarily, but at the moment the studio is passing all kinds of material through it.
Live-performance studio recording/video projects, a new electronic-music project and a recording project just getting underway for a singer-songwriter friend (in the contemporary rock genre).
For the last few weeks and the next few weeks the Bat cave is busy with synth programming, mixing, video editing and guitar tracking. Soon it will get very busy with guitar and bass tracking, along with some more programming.
Making a Mess
In between all of this the studio has been doubling as a guitar workshop (it can get quite chaotic in here). I now have two budget guitars transform into Eric Clapton-esqe Strats with the same electronics as the original version guitar, as well as some guitar mods for a couple of friends.
I usually document my guitar activities on the Rob C Music Youtube channel.
Hopefully soon I’ll be able to include some clips of the aforementioned project work from the Mojobat Cave too.
